I often think of breathwork as a bridge. On one side is how you feel right now. On the other is how you want to feel — clear, energized, grounded, inspired. The breath is what carries you across.

While many people use the term “breathwork” broadly, breathwork meditation is a specific practice where the breath becomes your anchor, helping you enter a meditative state.
