At Haven & Harmony, yoga extends beyond the studio walls. Our virtual yoga studio meets you where you are—literally and energetically. In the warmer months, we gather outdoors at Mulberry Vineyards in Chepachet, Rhode Island, surrounded by rolling hills and soft breezes. During the cooler months, we transition to live yoga classes online, bringing the same grounding energy into your home.
Each setting offers a chance to reconnect—to nature, to community, and to yourself. Whether you join us in person or through our virtual yoga classes, you’ll experience the same gentle guidance, mindful movement, and connection that define Haven & Harmony.
Outdoor Vineyard Yoga (May–October)
Experience the magic of practicing yoga under the open sky. Sunday mornings at 10 AM, Mulberry Vineyards becomes our sanctuary. You’ll flow through gentle postures, guided breathwork, and mindful pauses as birdsong and sunlight become part of the practice. These sessions are perfect for all levels—especially those craving a calm, nature-based reset before the week begins.
Each class ends with stillness and reflection, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to absorb the peace of the vineyard. Many students tell us these classes feel like a “mini retreat”—a reminder that balance and harmony are never far away.

Our free weekly virtual yoga class is our way of giving back to the community. Each week, we meet online for a short virtual yoga session that combines breath, gentle movement, and meditation. These free virtual yoga classes are perfect if you’re curious about our approach or need a midweek reset.
Themes change weekly—grounding, renewal, compassion—and each yoga class virtual ends with reflection and rest. No registration, no pressure—just an open invitation to reconnect. Many participants describe it as the “best virtual yoga” reset of their week.
