Each Sunday, we meet online for 60 minutes of gentle yoga. You will feel your body soften, your breath slow, and your mind settle as you move. You will end each class with a calm, open presence that carries into your week, all without leaving home.

Gentle Yoga at Home is for anyone craving a calmer mind, a more flexible body, and a weekly rhythm of self-care that feels as natural as making your morning tea. You do not need to be “good at yoga” or have special equipment. All you need is a space to roll out your mat and a willingness to listen to your body.
